Job overview
The Radmoor Centre at Loughborough College is looking for a Deputy Manager to join the team, assisting the General Manager in the day to day running of the centre.
As a Deputy Manager, your role will include ensuring the highest possible standards of health & safety and customer care within the centre. You will also support in developing and promoting an exciting, innovative leisure programme in order to increase usage and profitability.
To be considered for the role, you will have a First Aid at Work certificate and possess qualifications in Maths and English at GCSE Level or equivalent.
Excellent customer care skills are essential and the ability to work proactively and on your own initiative is also required.
