Duty Manager (Maternity Cover)
To be responsible for the leisure operational management of key business areas to meet the core objectives of the business
Salary: £18,000 per annum.
Hours of Work: 37 hours per week (including early mornings, evenings and weekends).
Contract: Full time, fixed term until 31 December 2018.
Location: Initially based at Llandarcy Academy of Sport, Neath.
Qualifications: Ideally you should have experience of working within a customer service environment and have experience of working in a supervisory role. You should hold a level 2 qualification in English and Maths (GCSE or equivalent) and have knowledge of Health and Safety at Work. First Aid and Fire Marshal qualifications would be advantageous, however training will be provided.

Grwp Colegau NPTC Group of Colleges (normally abbreviated to NPTC Group) is a large body of further education colleges located across Neath, Port Talbot and Powys, Wales. The college was first established in 2013, following a merger of two other further education colleges in the local area. As a result, NPTC Group is able to boast of a wide range of modern teaching and recreational facilities. The college takes on learners from an extremely economically diverse area, and as such offers a broad range of full and part-time courses in order to accommodate for a range of people.

Owing to its size, NPTC Group is able to offer a huge range of different courses for a variety of learners. This includes a number of courses aimed at younger school-leavers aged 16-18, who make up a large proportion of the full-time students at the college, but also a series of vocational and professional qualifications, as well as foundation degrees. In addition to this, the college also has on offer a number of higher education BAs and BScs.
