At Mottingham Primary School the children and their learning are at the very heart of every decision made.

We aim to develop learners who are passionate about learning, take ownership of their learning and are proud of their achievements.

Our dedicated staff believe that no child should be left behind. Our motto ‘Learning and Achieving Together’ reflects the importance of good teamwork. Positive partnerships with individual children, whole classes, our parents as co-educators, our colleagues, our governors, and the wider community lead to effective teaching, high standards and successful learning.

We believe that learning should be fun, purposeful and challenging. Through our child-centred curriculum, we aim for each child to develop the skills and confidence needed for lifelong learning. We value each and every child, meeting their individual needs in a safe, supportive and stimulating environment where differences are celebrated.
