We are looking to recruit an enthusiastic and flexible colleague with the ability to create a coordinated, school wide approach to improving the language skills and literacy of students who are EAL, including students who are bilingual and plurilingual and those who have little or no English. This role would suit someone looking to combine class teaching with a Whole School responsibility. Whilst QTS is desirable, applications from unqualified teachers are also welcome.

About Copthall School
Copthall School prides itself on educating 21st century women for successful careers in STEM, human, social and health sciences, performing arts and creative industries. We have approximately 1000 students on role, 120 of which are enrolled in our thriving Sixth Form which is in the top 12% of schools for A Level results.
