About the Role: 

  • EAL (English as an Additional Language) Teacher 
  • Preferably 2 years’ experience teaching EAL
  • Location: Beijing, China
  • Assistance with relocation and travel costs provided by the school
  • Commencing September 2019 or  October 2019
  • Full-time, 1 year contract with option to renew for one and two years
  • Classes have a Chinese and English teacher working collaboratively to support learning and teaching in English

About You: 

  • Bachelor's Degree or Master's Degree and must be accredited in specific subject area
  • Minimum of 2 years of teaching experience
  • Prior experience in an international school is desirable, but not essential. Sensitivity to the needs of working across cultures in an international setting is vital
  • Criminal background check and provide an official college degree with notarization
  • Provide a minimum of two professional references
  • Be able to provide relevant Police Checks
  • Eligible for a  Work Permit or Chinese Work Visa
  • English as a First Language
