We are looking for an Early Childhood Teacher for our private and independent international school in the attractive city of Barcelona. Our Nursery Rooms offer an innovative tranquil space for children, families and teachers to develop trusting relationships and foster a sense of community. We are proud of the high-quality care and early years education programme we provide to our youngest students.
We are currently seeking an Early Childhood Educator to join our long-standing team. Starting date September 2021.
Essential criteria:
Qualified and accredited Early Childhood Teacher (0-5 years old children)
Internationally minded: comfortable working with families from many cultural backgrounds
High level fluency in English
Excellent communication skills and professionalism
Proactive and can-do attitude, flexible in working with a team
Passionate about guided play and educational development of children

Founded in 1964, St Peter’s School is a private, international school located in Barcelona for pupils from Early Years to Secondary (Pre-U). Our age range is from 12 months to 18 years.
Our student body is currently made up of 630 pupils of over 40 nationalities and we have 110 teachers representing over 10 nationalities.
The school is comprised of four stages:
- Foundation Stage
- Primary
- Secondary
- Pre-U
Our curriculum combines elements from Spanish, English and International models. English is our main means of communication at school, but we also include the study of Spanish, Catalan, French and German. Teachers are all native speakers.
