A new and exciting opportunity within the Directorate of Student Experience and Wellbeing has arisen for an Early Help Intervention Officer.
The successful candidate will be able to lead and deliver early help support and interventions to students, apprentices and families who may be experiencing difficulties, by bringing about positive change in order to succeed and achieve socially, emotionally and academically.
Playing a key role within the Safeguarding and Wellbeing Team, you will ensure effective and consistent approaches to the wellbeing and safeguarding of students and apprentices in all interactions.
Collaborative working is essential to ensure the success of this role, as are excellent communication, organisational and interpersonal skills.
Developing creative and effective resources and targeted interventions to respond to identified needs will be a crucial aspect of this role, and will enable the college to have a robust Early Help Offer.
