The core purpose of the housekeeping team is to ensure that the fabric, fittings and furniture of the inside of the school are cleaned to a high standard, thereby positively adding to the overall impression of the school for staff, parents, pupils and visitors alike.
As part of the housekeeping team the successful candidates will be expected to take responsibility for implementing this within their allocated area as well as helping other team members as required.
You will be hardworking with an attention to detail. You will be able to maintain good humour and a positive attitude while working under pressure.
The key working relationship will be with other members of the housekeeping team and the Head Housekeeper. However, you may have a day to day working relationship with all school departments.
The school operates an early morning cleaning routine and we require the following:
1 Housekeeper working 15 hours per week for 52 weeks 6.00-9.00am
1 Housekeeper working 22.5 hours per week for 52 weeks 6.00-11.00am with a 30-minute break
