Broadhurst School is an extremely successful pre-preparatory school located in North West London. We are seeking an outstanding qualified Teaching Assistant to join us in September 2022. 

We are looking to appoint a highly motivated Early Years  Assistant Teacher who is professional, child centred, adaptable and passionate. We have an outstanding reputation and we therefore require a practitioner motivated to providing pupils with excellent care and development. We will expect you to encourage independent and adventurous learning, and support a secure, cosy and stimulating learning environment. The role will involve working with our nursery children one to one and small groups to support and extend learning and development. As an academically rigorous school, we aim to accelerate children’s learning in a nurturing environment. The successful candidate will be able to contribute their expertise and experience in supporting children towards the highest achievement possible.

You need to be passionate about caring for early years pupils, be able to use your initiative and have good communication skills, both written and verbal. A working knowledge of the EYFS and a minimum of L2 Early Years qualification is required for this role. Early years graduates are also most welcome to apply.
