Annual Salary: £26,757 - £28,299 (please note that advertised salaries are based on a standard 36-hour per week, working 52 weeks of the year. If you're contracted to fewer weekly hours or on a term time only contract, your salary will be adjusted accordingly).

Hourly Rate: £14.25+

Working Patterns: Mon - Fri (08:00 - 15:45), Mon - Fri mornings (08:00 - 13:00), Mon - Fri afternoons (12:00 - 17:00) Mon - Wed or Wed - Fri (08:00 - 17:00).

Contract Type: Full Time or Part Time and Permanent or Fixed Term

Start Date: September 2025, October 2025 or January 2026


Roxbourne is expanding and will become the first school in the London Borough of Harrow and only one of 30 schools in London to establish a School Based Nursery! We are therefore establishing our founding team for this exciting venture and are excited to meet Level 3 qualified Early Years / Childhood Educators.


In this role you will provide the highest standards of physical, emotional, social, and intellectual care for all children in your care, you’ll ensure all children are safeguarded and their welfare and safety are promoted, and you'll work to provide an enabling environment in which all children can play, learn and develop.


We are looking for people with genuine passion for working with and caring for young children, with the skill, creativity, commitment, energy, and enthusiasm required for leading room practice. You’ll be able to take learning beyond the classroom and interact with outdoor learning, cooking, and gardening – this won’t just be another day in the classroom!
