Job overview

Due to our Early Years Executive Head Teacher taking a post with OFSTED, the Curzon Crescent and Fawood Nursery Schools with Children’s Centres Partnership are seeking to appoint a dynamic, ambitious, inspirational and skilled leader to carry the Partnership’s successes and achievements forward.

The Partnership is a well-established Federation uniquely composed of two maintained Nursery Schools, with Children’s Centre services delivered across three sites and an additionally resourced provision for pupils with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD).

We are all proud of where we are, but also excited about the next phase of our journey from good to great, which our new early years executive head teacher will drive forward.

We are seeking to recruit a head teacher who will:

  •  Be a successful leader with an exemplary track record;
  •  Have a passion for improving learning and teaching for all, raising achievement and standards across the breadth of the Partnership;
  •  Continue to drive the Partnership’s vision and strategic leadership;
  • Lead with integrity, creativity and resilience with an aspirational outlook that is contagious.
  • Have commitment and passion to the work of the Nursery School and Children’s Centre Services.

We will provide:

  •  A well-established local and developing national profile for you to enhance to the next level;
  • A highly effective and involved Governing Board who are committed to excellence;
  • Senior and middle leaders with an appetite to move from good to great;
  • A vibrant community with delightful children and first class facilities.

Due to the genuinely unique nature of the Partnership and to fully appreciate our context, visits to our Centres are expected for any candidate. Please call Musarat Din on 0208 459 6813 to arrange a visit or to request a job application pack.

Closing date for applications is noon on the 20th June.
Shortlisted candidates will be invited to interviews and assessments, which will take place week commencing 4th July.
