Valentine Primary School is a large primary school on the East of the city. We are proud of our strong team ethos which includes every one of our 680 children and over 130 staff.

We are passionate about providing a wide range of opportunities to enrich learning experiences and develop the whole child. Our superb and extensive grounds allow outdoor learning from Years R - 6.
We are looking for a creative, highly effective, ambitious teacher, with experience in teaching in the Early Years, to lead our successful early years provision. We have a strong coaching ethos and the successful applicant will be fully supported as they embark on the next stage of their career. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading school improvement and ensuring that the teaching and learning across the 3 classes in Year R is consistently strong. The role will include liaising with pre schools and parents to ensure a smooth transition into school, leading curriculum planning and assessment.
