VACANCY FOR EARLY YEARS LEADER

Required from Easter 2020

Salary: Main Scale (with TLR 2:1)

This is a permanent full time position

Responsible to: Headteacher/Executive Principal

Cambridge Primary Education Trust (CPET) and the schools in Histon are at an exciting stage of their journey. From September 2020, both the Junior School and Infant School are moving towards becoming two primary schools, with brand new Foundation Stage classes at both the Junior School and at Buxhall Farm, where the Infant School is being relocated to at some point during the next academic year.  We are looking for an enthusiastic, committed and forward-thinking Early Years Leader to join us on this journey and to provide inspirational leadership at one of our schools and across the wider trust. 

Initially the teaching commitment will be at Histon & Impington Infant School and you will be leading a fantastic group of teachers and teaching assistants in our four-form intake Early Years provision. We pride ourselves on giving children the best start in their educational journey.  You will enjoy working closely with all of our staff to create exciting and creative learning opportunities.

CPET is a highly successful multi‐academy trust which currently comprises of Histon & Impington Infant School, Histon & Impington Junior School, Hatton Park Primary School, Trumpington Park Primary School and Somersham Primary School.  Our schools work very closely together and we promote collaborative working across the whole Trust.
