London's leading College is seeking for an exceptional Early Years Professional / Early Years Teacher / Room Leader
The successful candidate will be working alongside other qualified members of staff within the two College nurseries. You must have a thorough knowledge of the EYFS and the Characteristics of Effective Learning and be able to take the lead with supporting Nursery Practitioners with observations assessment and planning for their Key Children. You will work with the College nurseries managers and deputies to ensure the EYFS is being delivered consistently to families. You must have experience of working with parents and carers from a range of cultural backgrounds.
You will be a Graduate who holds the Early Years Professional Status (EYPS) /Teacher or QTS with Early Years’ experience or BA Honours in Early Years registered on ITT programme. You will have knowledge of child protection issues and policies as well as relevant Safeguarding Children Board Procedures. You must have the ability to motivate staff to ensure the on-going development of the quality of the childcare service we currently provide.
