ABC Teachers are recruiting for an early years teacher to join them on a long term basis starting after Easter half term 2018. The role will be full time, on a job share basis, working with the reception class. 

This wonderful school is located near to Shirley, Solihull and is a popular 2 form entry. The school is overseen by an enthusiastic Head who engages with the school as a whole to ensure a consistent and interactive education is provided for all pupils who attend here. 

They are ideally looking to recruit an NQT who can show commitment towards continuing their professional development and who can be flexible in their approach to teaching and learning. You will be passionate about providing a first class education, have a calm and approachable manner and you will be able to quickly build positive relationships with both your pupils and colleagues. 

The role is initially temporary; however the school are looking to recruit on a permanent basis for September 2018. This is a fantastic opportunity to establish yourself in a popular school and both newly qualified and experienced teachers will be considered.

What to do next:

To be considered for this position you will be required to attend a face to face registration and hold an enhanced DBS check in Child Workforce. You will need to pay for this upfront, but once you are fully registered, have uploaded this onto the Update Service and have worked 1 full day with us then we will reimburse you the cost.  At the registration we will discuss in more detail the work that you are looking for, your experience to date, and also how we are going to work best for you. 

We will need to gain academic references to cover the last 12 months, one of which must be a school based reference. Our compliance team have a rigorous safeguarding and clearance process and this is how we know we are working with the best possible team of staff to employ in our schools.
