Salary is dependent on experience, training, or qualifications. The minimum experience, training or qualifications required for this position is holding QTS and recent teaching experience within Early Years.

The role 

Smart Teachers are recruiting for a full-time Early Years Teacher to work in a gorgeous ‘Outstanding’ Nursery school. The successful Early Years Teacher will be required until the end of the academic year. The role will also go permanent for September 2022, if all works well. The Nursery school pride themselves on supporting pupils via play, first hand experience and meaningful conversations to help encourage curious learners. The successful Early Years Teacher will enjoy their gardens which they use to help increase environmental experiences. The ideal candidate will have strong experience within Early Years, with a strong knowledge of the early years curriculum including phonics and explorative learning.  


The school 

The Nursery school prides themselves on supporting families in need as they include various adult services on site including health and counselling. This would be a wholesome and inclusive nursery school to work for. The setting is busy, vibrant and extremely focussed on outdoor learning in their gorgeous gardens. Children enjoy lots of artistic projects and they offer music specialist lessons to really encourage creativity amongst all their pupils. The successful Early Years Teacher will enjoy the large open plan classrooms, extremely supportive leadership team and a friendly group of staff. The staff we have sent there have really enjoyed their time, with comments usually directing to how lovely the team are. 


Requirements 

To be considered for the Early Years Teacher role, candidates must 

• Hold QTS 

• Have experience teaching in Early years 

• Strong knowledge of the Early Years curriculum 

• Have recent or past experience working in Primary 

• Eligibility to work in the UK (must have a valid visa)
