Vision for Education is looking to appoint a full-time EYFS Teaching Assistant (EYFS TA) to join our successful supply team and work in a local Primary school in Durham. This is a fixed term EYFS Teaching Assistant (EYFS TA) role, which will commence in April 2020 until June 2020.

The role

Working as part of a dynamic and creative team, the EYFS Teaching Assistant (EYFS TA) will focus on providing support to pupils across the Primary range. The Desired EYFS Teaching Assistant will provide whole class support as well as work with pupils in smaller groups.

This smaller than average sized Primary school is looking for a committed and successful EYFS Teaching Assistant (EYFS TA) to join their motivated and successful team. The local community is highly supportive of the school and parental involvement is very positive.


To be considered for the Teaching Assistant position, you will:

Hold a minimum of a Level 3 qualification in Childcare.

Have experience of working as a Teaching Assistant in a school environment.

Have a genuine desire to become part of a committed team of school staff.

Ideally have experience delivering one to one support a child as well as whole class support.
