Early Years Teaching Assistant ( Key Person)

North Bridge House Nursery is seeking to recruit an experienced Key Person of the highest calibre to join our team (Immediate Start)

Places in our thriving school are in high demand. We are recruiting for a Key Person to join one of our EYFS classes at our Nursery campus in Hampstead.

This unique role will suit someone who has a very good understanding of the Early Years, is proactive, solution focused, someone who is forward thinking, passionate and is full of positive energy. 

Led by fully qualified and highly skilled teachers, our Hampstead Nursery campus has an innovative and engaging atmosphere. 

Day to day you will:

• Work effectively with children, helping them to develop and learn.
• Be a key worker to identified group of pupils.
• Build and maintain excellent relationships with parents.
• Contribute to creating and maintaining an excellent learning environment both inside and outdoors.

The ideal candidate will have:

• Experience of working effectively in a high-quality nursery setting.
• The relevant Early Years Qualification
• Excellent initiative, problem solving and organisational skills.
• Drive, motivation, and a genuine passion for education and making a difference to the lives of children.
