An exciting opportunity has arisen at Norton Hill Primary School, we are looking to recruit a Teaching Assistant to work within our popular nursery

We have wonderful facilities which are on offer at Norton Hill Primary. Facilities include a superb sports provision, with two indoor sports halls, a dance studio, two large pitches for football and rugby and a hard surface sports pitch which has basketball, tennis, hockey, football and netball pitches. We specialise in STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics) Growing Minds incorporating Outdoor Learning.

We require a Early Years Teaching Assistant (Level 2 or Level 3) to work 35hrs PW term time only plus 2 inset days. 

Hours of work: 8.15am -3.45pm

We are looking for someone who is adaptable and enthusiastic, has good interpersonal skills and is able to use their own initiative as well as working well as part of a team.  Experience working with children with additional needs an advantage. Passion for sports or a good understanding of an additional language would also be an advantage.

Salary: Level 2 - Grade 3/SP 5 - £10.19ph

             Level 3 - Grade 4/SP 7 - £10.60ph
