This post is an excellent opportunity to work in a strong Early Years setting, alongside experienced and dedicated practitioners! Since our last Ofsted inspection, our school’s Early Years setting has undergone a transformation, which has seen the creation of a school Nursery, a change of ethos to one which is child led and an extension of the outdoor learning environment.
We are now looking for an outstanding EYFS Teaching Assistant (who holds an NVQ level 3 or equivalent qualification) to join our Early Years Team.
1 year fixed term contract.
35 hours per week (Teaching Assistant 27.5 hours / Meals supervisor 7.5 hours)
8.30 - 4.00pm, term time (39 weeks per year).
In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the class teacher to deliver great teaching. There will also be the opportunity to contribute to planning, lead the whole class, support small groups and work with individual pupils. This post is a wonderful opportunity to be a member of a school that is on a transformational journey to becoming outstanding. It is essential that candidates have energy, passion, initiative and humility to enable us to provide outstanding all-round outcomes for our children.
If you are a team player, approach all aspects of school life with a positive and optimistic attitude and are fully committed to achieving the goals and vision of the school, please apply.
