Doha College is one of the oldest British-curriculum schools in Qatar, providing a world class education for 1914 students between the ages of 3 and 18, who represent over 72 nationalities. Established in 1980, the college was originally opened to meet the demand for a British-style education. To the present day, it continues to operate under the sponsorship of the British Embassy on a not-for-profit basis.
We are seeking an outstanding, experienced and enthusiastic Economics and Business Studies Teacher to help us deliver our mission for the period of a long-term sickness absence.

The Economics & Business Studies Department at Doha College offers a wide range of examination courses, which are all very popular with our students. Business Studies and Economics are taught to GCSE at Key Stage 4; a more extensive A Level programme, which includes courses in Business Studies, Economics and Travel & Tourism, is available at KS 5.
As a high-achieving British-curriculum school, with English as the medium of instruction, a high standard of written and spoken English is an essential requirement for all our positions.
