Wildern Secondary School is a large secondary school in Hedge End, Southampton and we are looking for passionate, enthusiastic, creative ECT Science Teachers join our Science department. We are part of the RAISE Education Trust which comprises of Wildern School, Deer Park Secondary School and Boorley Park Primary School.

Early Career Teacher Provision at Wildern School

Here at Wildern School we recognise that high quality mentoring and professional development in the first years of your teaching journey provide the foundation for a successful and rewarding career in teaching. By providing all Early Career Teachers (ECTs) with a bespoke school led programme, you will develop all the knowledge, skills and experience needed to become an outstanding practitioner and most importantly have a positive impact on the progress and development of students in your classroom. Each school follows their own bespoke and skilfully plan curriculum.

  • A dedicated Core Progress assistant who works solely within the Science department to support students and staff.
