  The Greenwood Academies Trust requires an Education Adviser for Careers   & Employability, to join our team to manage the strategic development and   reporting of pupil careers and employability programmes across the Trust. 

You will:

  Provide central careers and employability support to the Regional        Education Directors, Academy Principals and Heads of Careers

 · Take ownership   of the strategic development of the GAT careers and employability policy,   strategy and Individual Academy Plans

 · Maintain   effective relationships with external partners to provide opportunities for   the Trust’s pupils that underpin all aspects of the GAT careers and   employability provision

· Identify and   access, where appropriate, additional external funding streams to support   the development, implementation and   sustainability of the careers and employability programme

  

To be successful you will;

· possess excellent interpersonal skills and a proven ability to establish working relationships with colleagues / external agencies. Regular travel will be required to all our academy sites and elsewhere.

· have experience of managing multiple projects and maintaining databases.

· have the ability to use initiative and utilise a range of solutions to identify, develop and implement new career and employability opportunities. 

  · be well   organised, methodical and have high attention to detail.
