Swindon Borough Council’s Children’s Services is looking to recruit a high quality school improvement professional to enhance the work of the education service to improve attainment and pupil progress and to provide support and advice to all schools on special educational needs.

You would join a dynamic team of education professionals who want the best for our children and young people. Working relationships with maintained schools and academies are strong and a partnership approach through the Swindon Challenge Board and through the headteacher associations is making a considerable difference.
