The Directors and CEO of the Societas Trust are seeking to appoint a dynamic, committed and inspirational professional to perform a leading role in the development of the Societas Academies alongside the leadership teams of each academy.
The Societas Trust, currently comprises of five primary academies in North Staffordshire with around 2000 children and 350 employees. Our vision is to create a sustainable, professional community where all learners are valued and encouraged to achieve their potential, and where all individuals are respected. We welcome applications from highly motivated candidates with well-developed leadership and management skills.
The successful candidate will have a proven track record in effective strategic leadership in an educational environment, and the ability to work cooperatively; managing and coordinating multiple projects in a busy and dynamic environment.
