Location: either Coffs Harbour or Port Macquarie

Full Time – 3 Year Contract

Commencing 18th January 2021


The purpose of the role is to support the implementation of the Mission of the Catholic Schools Office and to provide high quality support services to Catholic school communities.

The position is situated within the Learning Services Team of the Catholic Schools Office. The role holder is integral to building capacity within Learning and Teaching and School Improvement to advance student progress and achievement, accelerate literacy and numeracy learning and teaching whilst strengthening partnership between the system and schools in excellent learning and teaching practice.


This role also:

 Manages initiatives which focus on system-wide needs for specialist professional support and strategic advice in the key areas of secondary curriculum, pedagogy and assessment.

 Provides specific support to Leaders of Curriculum, Pedagogy, Leaders of Learning and classroom teachers with the key objective to build teacher capacity and improve learning outcomes for students.
