We are seeking to appoint an Education Support Assistant at Carleton Community High School. 

The successful candidate will have the energy, enthusiasm and desire to contribute to our drive for success. 

Our ideal candidate will have some experience of working with children and who are ready to make valuable contributions to our school. 

Working with the AEN Co-ordinator and a team of likeminded, child centred individuals this will be a golden opportunity for the right candidate.

 The ESA role:  Has become an essential part of teaching and learning across the school.  Will include working with small groups of students both within lessons and during intervention sessions.
