We are looking to recruit a candidate with experience in school setting to work as an Education Welfare Officer/Attendance Manager who can work in a fast paced environment as part of our attendance team.
You will lead the academy attendance team in providing operational and administrative support to promote whole school attendance strategies. You will work with academy attendance teams, providing hands-on support, working with families and students to ascertain why they are not in school and to support work with the family to improve their attendance.
The successful candidates need to have an excellent, proven track record of improving attendance in an education setting and have leadership experience.
