Outcomes are outstanding at KS4 and place the academy in the top 15% of all schools nationally with regard to progress. Early Years Provision is good.

The Halifax Academy is a founding member of Impact Education Multi Academy Trust. Established in 2016, Impact is a values driven organisation with a belief that working collaboratively and sharing ideas can achieve real impact on the education and life chances of children and young people.

Our staff and trustees are unwaveringly ambitious for students, our families, our community and our staff. Our purpose is very clear; we are on a mission to improve social mobility for the disadvantaged and the life chances of children and young people.

The academy invests in its people, retaining prestigious Investors in People ‘Gold Standard' for the last five years. This recognises our commitment to creating a workplace where staff feel valued, share a strong sense of purpose and where their talents and hard work are celebrated.
