We are seeking to recruit two talented individuals to join our team of staff to work 1:1 with pupils who access provision in our Early Years Foundation Stage. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential for these challenging roles.

Position 2 - This is a fixed term position until 19 July 2022, working Monday to Friday, 8.45am to 11.45am (15 hours per week). The child has special educational needs that are typical of children with autism.

Experience of working with children with autism and pre verbal communication skills would be an advantage. The successful applicant must be hard working, organised and, above all, have experience of working with children with SEN. The children have intimate care needs which need 1:1 support. The individual will support the SEN team in school as needed.

A knowledge of the Early Years curriculum and phonics is preferable.

The successful applicants must be able to work as part of a team to support the learning and welfare of pupils in school. Particular emphasis will be on working with individual pupils and small groups.

The school will offer the successful applicants a school that is committed to your continuing professional development, with the support and expertise of our experienced and established team, giving you the advice and training to be an excellent practitioner.
