As an EFL Teacher, you will have a CELTA (or equivalent) qualification in EFL as well as experience of teaching in this field. You will have a high standard of professionalism, be able to work at a fast pace and cope efficiently with record keeping and other administrative duties as well as teaching. You will also need to have a passion for teaching as well as an innovative and creative approach, with a focus on student learning. You will be able to deliver engaging and inspiring teaching and learning using up to date resources.
We will help you develop as a teacher and develop your career. This includes help towards gaining your DELTA or equivalent. The role also benefits from a generous 37 days paid holiday per year plus Bank Holidays.

Chichester College is a mixed, non-selective, non-denominational, general further education college situated in West Sussex. It is a 16-plus institution with two main sites in Chichester and Pulborough, plus further outreach centres in Bognor Regis, Littlehampton and Worthing. It has links to local employers, most of a small to medium size.
Chichester College of Arts, Science and Technology, as it was formerly known, opened in 1964. Chichester College has been offering work-based training since 1996. It has approximately 10,897 part-time learners and 3,732 full-time students.
