Job overview

Location:  Sutton, SM2 5AS (The post holder will be required to travel across college sites and external neighbouring locations)

Working Pattern:  14.5 hours per week, Term Time + 2 weeks (preferably working Monday & Tuesday, however this can be open to discussion at interview)

The EHCP & Assessment Coordinator for Orchard Hill College will lead on the supervision of the Assessment process and ensuring a consistent and efficient approach to all assessments across the range of services, ensuring appropriate programmes are identified from the assessments for the pricing and placement by the Assessment and Placement Team/Panel.

The post-holder will take a lead role in the implementation of the funding banding system for Orchard Hill College. Which includes the costs of all student support and equipment.

They will be responsible for ensuring all students have a positive destination, which is recorded and followed up after the student has left the College.
