Would you like to work as part of our outstanding support team?
We are looking to appoint an enthusiastic, passionate and caring ELSA / Home School Link Worker to join our busy team.
This will be a new role within our school. The work undertaken will be varied and will include supporting our pupils and their families. The post also requires a level of independent working to complete data analysis and administrative tasks which demand attention to detail and confidentiality. The successful candidate will need to be computer literate with experience of using Microsoft Office and other relevant software packages. Use of SIMs is desirable.
3 days a week with some flexibility at times to extra hours or change of hours, term time only - 8.30 - 4.30pm
Purpose of the Job
To support children and their families, providing early intervention sign posting, support and guidance in times of change and stress. To develop strong partnerships with outside agencies and form positive working relationships with families to enable effective support for pupils and their families.
