An exciting opportunity has arisen for a passionate and self-motivated Programme Coordinator to join our Employ Me programme within our Lifestyle and Works team.

The role is home based and full time (37.5 hours per week) with some travel across London, Oxford and Bedfordshire. This is a maternity cover role, contracted until end of September 2022.

The successful candidate will lead and manage a team of Caseworkers and Job Coaches to support delivery of the Employ Me projects and services across London, Oxford and Bedfordshire. They will ensure that all contracts within their portfolio are delivered to the agreed contract requirements including the achievement of outcomes and milestones and ensure they meet internal and external standards for quality and impact.

This position is home based (with travel required across London, Oxford and Bedfordshire), full time, 37.5 hours per week, Monday – Friday.  This role is on a contract basis funded until end September 2022.

All candidates offered an interview for this role will need to provide evidence of their GCSE English and Maths (or equivalent) at interview stage.
