We are seeking an inspirational and enthusiastic Engineering Tutor to join our STEM school.
In this rewarding post, you will be teaching and assessing on our Level 3 Engineering course, and also applying your Physics/Maths knowledge and teaching some modules on our BTEC Science courses and/or Maths GCSE.
Working closely with the Head of Department and the rest of the departmental team, you will have the chance to share your knowledge and skills with learners to help them achieve at the highest level as well as driving continuous improvement within the College.
To be successful, you will:
- Have a full teaching qualification
- Have a minimum of an A Level (or Level 3 equivalent) in Physics
- Have previous teaching experience in this area within a FE/sixth form environment
- Be a specialist in the subject of Physics/Engineering
Hours: 0.617647 FTE -1 FTE (21-34 periods of 45 minutes per week)
