English and Media Studies Teacher

We are seeking to appoint an outstanding Teacher of English and Media Studies to join a successful and motivated department in our school. As part of this professional and dedicated team, you will be instrumental in inspiring and motivating our students, connecting what they learn in English to their everyday lives. Our forward-thinking Faculty takes a collaborative and supportive approach to the development of its staff and you will play a key role in continuing to raise standards. This post is equally suitable for an ECT or for a more experienced teacher wishing to move to another school setting.

The English Faculty at Greig City Academy is creative, committed, collegial and very strong. There is much scope here to develop in such a way. The English Faculty includes English and Media up to A Level, Whole School Literacy, and English as an Additional Language.
