Required as soon as possible, LSA to work alongside Head of Department and teaching staff to ensure every pupil reaches their full potential in the English department:

The postholder will be expected to attend departmental meetings and some INSET training sessions and will need to:

• Have good literacy and numeracy skills

• Be flexible

• Have good communication skills

• Be able to show initiative and work independently

• Be able to work with children from both KS3 and KS4

• Be approachable

Departmental LSA will be reviewed annually to ensure skill sets are kept up-to-date.
