At Cressey College we are recruiting a qualified English teacher at our school, to enable our students to reach their potential and lead independent and successful lives.

Our classes are small, with no more than 5 students. We have a strong focus on improving our students’ academic successes as well as developing personal and social skills. 

Cressey College, as part of Horizon Care & Education Schools group offers great training opportunities and a salary aligned to the Teachers Outer London Pay Scale plus 1 SEN point. We are also offering a £7,500 Attraction & Retention bonus* for successful candidates joining our team on or before 4 January 2022.

Experience of working with this group of vulnerable young people is advantageous but not essential.  We welcome all applications from qualified teachers, middle leaders with QTS and NQTs.
