Unsted Park School is a specialist residential and day school/6th  Form College for children and young people with high functioning autism  and associated co morbid conditions such as OCD, PDA and ADHD.  We are  committed to providing the highest level of education and care in a  safe, positive environment and it is our intention that every pupil will  achieve their full potential in both academic and personal development,  take up new challenging goals and work hard to achieve them.

 The focus of the whole school approach  is in three core areas: education, independence and inclusion. Based on  these core areas we provide individual, child-centred programmes which  recognise individual abilities and strengths and help students to reach  their full potential.

English Teacher – Salary negotiable, dependent on experience and qualifications.

We are looking for teachers who are adaptable, resilient and have a  desire to develop the requisite knowledge and skills to work with very  individual young people.

References

For all roles we require a minimum of two references.  References  provided must cover the last 3 years, or you are applying to work within  our Children’s Homes we will need to request all references from where  you have worked with either Children or Vulnerable Adults.

About Unsted Park School and Sixth Form

Through our services at Unsted Park School and Sixth Form, we provide specialist education and care to young people aged 7 to 19 years with high functioning autism, Asperger Syndrome and associated disorders.

Set in the tranquil town of Godalming in Surrey, Unsted Park School offers day or weekly residential placements in a safe, healthy and stimulating environment for any child to learn and move positively onto the next stage of their life.
