The London Nautical School seeks a to appoint an excellent practitioner of English to lead our highly successful English Department; we would like to fill the vacancy from April 2023 but will consider excellent candidates for a September 2023 start. 

Our school has a unique history, operates in a brilliant listed building on the South Bank of the Thames and contains a team who are both proud of our track record and ambitious to develop further. Our department strives to embrace the richness of London’s proud commercial heritage, the affordances of our being located in the heart of London’s cultural mecca and the thrill of working with a broad and multi-ethnic intake of young Londoners.

The London Nautical School is an 11 to 18 Boys’ School situated in the centre of London on the Southbank, close to world famous theatres and art galleries. With our 600+ students we are a close-knit community seeking colleagues to join our team and who wish to contribute to the wider life of our school which still maintains its Nautical ethos.
