We are looking for an experienced classroom teacher of english. This job is about more than teaching. It’s about turning around the lives of vulnerable learners. TAPA is a secondary alternative provision (AP) Academy that provides full-time education and support for up to 150 learners who are not accessing mainstream schools. We have an inclusive philosophy – and believe passionately in giving every learner we meet has many chances to succeed.  The support offered by our school enables young people to achieve their full potential.  

Our Academy has an extremely effective team of Learning support professionals who work with learners to minimise barriers to learning and who provide individual and family support.
