The college draws students from Kingston-upon-Hull, East Riding of Yorkshire, and further afield. We require a confident and tenacious individual to manage and promote the college enrichment offering, exploring and arranging new opportunities for students and recording and chasing attendance at sessions. The appointee will also ideally deliver some employability sessions and will be a budget holder, exploring funding streams to supplement the activities offered.
The successful candidate will have experience of successfully leading and influencing young people experience of working with external agencies and have a proven ability to work on their own initiative. Some experience of coaching or training would be an advantage but is not essential.
