We are seeking an Enrolment Secretary/ Administration Officer to undertake a diverse range of administration tasks within our busy school office. You will work as part of a collaborative team providing services to parents, students, school staff and the wider school community.

Typical duties include:

  • Enrolment management and Marketing,
  • Blue Card management, telephone and email management;
  • Administration of filing and online management systems (eMinerva);
  • Assisting School Leadership with various administration tasks;
  • Assisting with organisation of school events and activities;
  • Creating weekly school newsletters and first aid duties (First Aid certificate required).

Ideally you will have:
  • At least two years administration experience;
  • Sound Microsoft Office skills,
  • Display proven communication and interpersonal skills and ability to multi-task.

To be eligible to be considered for this role you will:

  • hold a Paid Employee Positive Notice Blue Card prior to commencement;
  • be eligible to work in Australia for the duration of the appointment; and
  • have a commitment to and understanding of the ethos and traditions of Catholic Education.

Position tenure:  Fixed Term

Weeks worked:  Up to 52 weeks per year including school holidays

Tenure duration (where Fixed Term)12 months

Total Paid Hours (per week) & days required: 15.2 hours per week - required to work on Monday and Tuesday of each week

Salary level, range or hourly rate: School Officer Level 3 - $30.97 per hour

Employment conditions: Diocesan Catholic Education Employing Authorities in Queensland Single Interest Agreement
