An excellent opportunity to join a dedicated and supportive teaching team has arisen at Treloar College. We are seeking to appoint an exceptional teacher to teach and facilitate learning with a group of students working at Entry Level who have extremely complex physical, medical, sensory and learning needs. The position involves working as a member of a well-established multi-disciplinary team to set trans-disciplinary goals, delivering high quality learning to students enabling them to achieve their full potential.

Responsibilities include; acting as a personal tutor; attending the multi-disciplinary team meetings; setting targets; completing Individual Learning Plans; monitoring achievement and reporting in Annual Reviews. 

A good general education; including English and Maths at Grade C/4 or above, a teaching qualification and an SEN qualification (or a commitment to achieve this) is essential.
