Our world-class equine centre boasts an international sized indoor riding arena, modern American barn stabling, two all weather outdoor arenas, an equine solarium, veterinary stocks and more.

An exciting opportunity has arisen to join our dynamic equine department due to growth and progression. The role includes teaching students of all levels to the highest standards of equitation and stable management including BHS training, conducting assessments and reporting student success, preparing SOW and Lesson plans for practical units, riding and schooling horses and assisting with Full cost courses and events.

Proven ability to teach a wide range of horses and riders from novice to competition riders is essential. The successful candidate will require excellent communication and teamwork skills and demonstrate a self- motivated approach.

Requirements for the post are BHS II or BHSAI (or equivalent qualification e.g UKCC), First Aid at work qualification, demonstrable experience in working successfully within the equine industry, GCSE Maths & English grade C, Safeguarding Children qualification and a recognised teaching qualification or willingness to work towards one.
