The ESF SHINE project provides tailored careers advice and financial support for employed or self-employed individuals to access training that will improve their professional prospects, earning potential and job security. The project also assists individuals who are thinking about starting a business, or who have started one within the last three years, with business planning, professional training and coaching and mentoring.

A motivated and effective candidate is required to support the Project Team in the coordination and administration of participant activity delivered as part of the ESF SHINE (Skills Help for Individuals and New Enterprises) project. The prime responsibilities of the role will be to provide administrative support to the project team and to offer a professional, supportive service to all participating learners, enterprises, stakeholders, internal departments and the European Projects Team. The successful candidate must possess excellent communication, organisational and IT skills, and have the ability to work to deadlines. This is a fast paced, challenging and varied role within a successful team and requires an individual with proven administration and IT experience. Previous applicants will be carried forward.

This post is part-funded by the European Social Fund.
