An experienced estate manager is required to cover maternity leave for up to one year.  St Paul’s Girls’ School in West London comprises historic listed buildings as well as superbly appointed new facilities.  As we progress to the next phase of development, this is a unique opportunity to work alongside our design team and to play a key role in the smooth running of the school. 

Applicants must have successful experience of managing capital projects and have a sound knowledge of health and safety regulations.  Strong people management and budgeting skills are also essential, as is the ability to problem-solve and effectively handle a varied workload to achieve required deadlines.
