An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced, qualified Estate Manager with a proven track record in managing multiple projects to be able to lead on the delivery of Bredon School’s estates strategy. As part of the role the Estate Manager has responsibility for the strategic management of the buildings and grounds.
Working closely with the Bursar the successful candidate will lead two vital departments and manage any external contractors in order to ensure that the school buildings and grounds are maintained and presented to the highest standards and to also assure Health and Safety on the school site.
You will be a great motivator, able to strategically plan, have financial awareness, and always work to the highest standards. This is a challenging and diverse role which will suit a candidate who wishes to excel, make changes and be part of a wider school community.
The salary will be competitive/commensurate with experience and qualifications.
