Job overview

Estates & Property Compliance Manager

An exciting opportunity to shape and lead the Estates function for our Multi Academy Trust for Easter 2018 or sooner

This new post requires strategic vision, management expertise and practical experience to lead, manage, maintain and enhance the Trust estate to ensure high quality learning environments for our children and students.

Experience of working within the Education sector would be beneficial but not essential; more important is your expertise in property management and your affinity with the values of our Trust.

Our Trust comprises 27 secondary and primary schools, across five Local Authorities: West Sussex, Croydon, Surrey, Berkshire and Oxfordshire.

The position will be based at our Head Office, currently in Claygate (Surrey), but will involve travel to our school sites. Further information about our Trust can be found on our website www.glfschools.org.

For further details, please refer to the Job Description and Person Specification. For an informal discussion prior to application, please contact our central recruitment team by emailing recruitment@glfschools.org.

We reserve the right to withdraw this vacancy at any time ahead of the closing date if there is a good level of response. Therefore, we recommend that you submit your application as early as possible.

Please be advised that references may be requested on receipt of your application. Please state if you wish this to be delayed until shortlisting/interviews have taken place.
