Estates Assistant 

(Part Time, Whole Year, Permanent)

Salary: £16,000 - £16,750 per annum, pro rata

The College is seeking to appoint a part time Estates Assistant to work within the Estates Team in developing and maintaining efficient and effective buildings and facilities. The Estates Assistant will provide a responsive, safe, secure and welcoming environment for all students, staff and visitors. 

The nature of the post requires the willingness to work flexibly according to the necessities created by opening and closing hours together with internal and external evening and weekend events. The successful applicant will participate in a rota carrying out unlocking and locking duties in the morning and evening. 

This position is for 20 hours per week, working 4 hours per day Monday to Friday on a flexible rota. There will also be a requirement to modify working patterns during key times.
